Nizhny Novgorod residents are expecting a short work week before May Day.

      April 22, 2026 13:57 Society Nizhny Novgorod residents are looking forward to a short work week before the May holidays. They will only have to work four days—from April 27 to April 30. Then there will be a three-day weekend—from May 1 to May 3. This is related to the Spring and Labor Holiday.

      But this is just the first block of long May weekends. Later, Nizhny Novgorod residents will have a full three days off in connection with Victory Day.
