      More than 100 promising employees from Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk, and Krasnoyarsk are being trained under the corporate program "Leaders of En+ and RUSAL." All of them are professionals who have progressed from working staff to initiators of large projects. Over three years of training, energy specialists have developed leadership qualities that will enable them to take responsibility for the future of the energy system. At En+, they believe that the best managers emerge from employees who know production from the inside. The path to the top of the energy sector for Alexander Prokofiev, General Director of LLC "Teploseti," began in 2007. The 18-year-old technical school graduate started at the company as a maintenance mechanic for heating networks. Years of working in production, knowing every pipe and every node of the system became the best school for him. During his training in "Leaders of En+ and RUSAL," he, along with colleagues, implemented a responsible production task for the benefit of residents of the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts. "It was a complex project aimed at reducing heat losses from the source to the consumer. We reduced the time for identifying and eliminating damages. We implemented digital sensors for the prompt detection of defect locations. We shared our findings with our employees, and thanks to our joint efforts, we achieved our goal," says Alexander Prokofiev, head of the resource supply organization. His deputy, Technical Director Pavel Bednov, joined "Teploseti" 18 years ago for an internship. The talent of the young specialist was in such demand that he was invited to join the friendly team. He progressed from a regular engineer to the technical director of the company responsible for supplying heat and hot water to 400,000 residents of Nizhny Novgorod. "Energy is a well-tuned organizational mechanism where people work without weekends and holidays 24/7, creating comfort and coziness for the residents of our beloved city.
