The low-water bridge was flooded between the settlements of Starye and Novye Shcherbinino in the Pavlovsky district on April 17, as reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. Over the past day, five household plots and a section of the road were freed from water in three municipalities (the urban district of Arzamas, Sechenovsky, and Buturlinsky districts). In 14 municipalities, 97 household plots, 13 low-water bridges, and eight sections of the road remain flooded. As a result of the flood, there are no casualties or injuries.
