The employee was reinstated in their position and the employer was ordered to pay compensation. The decision was made on April 15, 2026. The case was reviewed by the Nizhny Novgorod District Court. The plaintiff was hired for an indefinite period and performed their duties remotely. Upon employment, they informed the employer about their third-group disability. The court found that for two years the employee diligently fulfilled their duties and had no disciplinary actions against them. However, later the employer began demanding explanations on work issues, sending them on business trips without consent, and restricting access to necessary programs. As a result, the employee wrote a resignation letter citing pressure from the employer as the reason. It became clear during the proceedings that they did not intend to terminate the employment relationship, and the company's actions were coercive in nature. The court partially satisfied the claim. The dismissal was deemed illegal, and the plaintiff was reinstated as a programmer in the technical department. Additionally, the employer was ordered to pay the average salary for the time of forced absenteeism — 1,277,649 rubles, compensation for moral damage in the amount of 80,000 rubles, as well as court costs.
