The exhibition hall on Chernigov Embankment is planned to begin construction in April.

      April 15, 2026 07:00 Society In the second half of April, construction of an exhibition center on Chernigovskaya Street is set to begin in Nizhny Novgorod, as reported by the regional inspection of state construction supervision.

      In the fall of 2025, the Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod region approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of the facility. It will be a two-story building with an underground parking lot.

      The first floor will include entrance groups, a universal two-light exhibition hall for 64 visitors, administrative offices, and equipment storage rooms. The exhibition space will continue on the second level.

      The inspection reported that the center will be built on the site of a separate two-story brick non-residential building, which is planned to be demolished. The developer is LLC "Aktiv."

      In June, the agency intends to check the progress of preparatory work at the site.

      Recall that in 2023, a large-scale project for the renovation of Chernigovskaya Embankment was launched. There are plans to construct residential buildings, public spaces, commercial and social facilities.

      In early March of this year, the federal developer GloraX, implementing a comprehensive development project in the area, presented a concept for the improvement of the new embankment along Chernigovskaya Street.
