This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the Main Department of Automobile Roads of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, citing the contracting organization. Traffic will be restricted in stages during the work: first one lane will be closed, then the second. According to preliminary estimates, the repair will take about a month, but the timeline may shift due to weather conditions. Recall that the main goal of the work is to eliminate rutting on the roadway. The contractor will replace the top layer of asphalt concrete across the entire width of the road. First, the surface will be milled, after which a new protective layer will be laid. The cost of the work under the state contract signed in June 2025 is 179 million rubles. It was previously reported that in January, after the repairs were completed, two lanes of traffic were opened on the old Bor Bridge.
