Nizhny Novgorod residents will be able to evaluate social institutions through the "Gosuslugi" portal.

      On April 11, 2026, 15:52 Society The Nizhny Novgorod region has become one of the 30 regions of Russia where an experiment has been launched to implement a new system for evaluating the services of social organizations. This was reported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).

      In 2026, the project is being implemented in a pilot format. Each participating region independently determines which types of institutions will be included in the evaluation.

      Residents will be invited to assess the quality and convenience of services in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and clinics, medical and social expertise bureaus, as well as sports organizations. Users will be able to express their opinions on the accessibility of information about the institution, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness and comfort of premises, as well as the availability of an accessible environment.

      Citizens registered on the "Gosuslugi" portal will be able to participate in the survey. Notifications will be sent to the email address specified in the profile, as well as to the personal account and mobile application of the service.

      The organizers emphasize that completing the survey will not take much time but will help identify problem areas in the work of institutions and determine directions for improving the quality of services.

      The results of the evaluation will be available to the management of institutions, as well as federal and regional authorities. This data is planned to be used for decision-making on improving the work of organizations and enhancing the quality of the services they provide.
