At the same time, prices for a number of popular models, including cars from brands such as Skoda, Peugeot, and BMW, have noticeably decreased in the region. Analysts note that after a sharp increase in the average price of cars up to 15 years old at the beginning of the year, the market has shown moderate price adjustments for the second consecutive month. This is occurring against the backdrop of a reduction in the supply volume across almost all segments. Chinese brands remain an exception: the number of active listings for such cars in March 2026 increased by 8% compared to February and on a year-over-year basis. The average price of domestic cars in the region rose by less than 1% to 733,000 rubles. In the foreign car segment (excluding Chinese brands), the increase was more noticeable—almost 2%, reaching 2.39 million rubles. Chinese cars also gained about 2%, but their average price remains lower—2.26 million rubles. Experts also point out the difference in the age of the cars: the average age of used Chinese cars is less than five years, while for other foreign cars, it is about twice as high. Against the overall price dynamics in the region, a decrease in the price of several models has been recorded. The most notable price drops were for the Skoda Rapid (-12.3%, to 1.45 million rubles), Peugeot 308 (-10.3%, to 440,000 rubles), Skoda Yeti (-9.3%, to 743,000 rubles), BMW 3 Series (-7.7%, to 3.76 million rubles), and Skoda Kodiaq (-7.1%, to 2.52 million rubles).
