The meeting took place in Nizhny Novgorod. The winner was determined only in the fifth overtime — "Irbis" emerged victorious with a score of 3:2 (1:1, 0:0, 1:1, 1:0). The total duration of the match was 142 minutes and 49 seconds. Thus, the previous MHL record was broken.
