According to analysts from hh.ru, the median salary for such vacancies has risen by 65% and reached 76,300 rubles by the beginning of 2026. In the first quarter of 2026, employers in the region posted 3,700 vacancies with the possibility of remote employment. This is 42% more than in the same period five years ago. The highest incomes among remote positions are offered to sales department heads — an average of 160,000 rubles. Next are software developers with a salary of 150,000 rubles, as well as design engineers and project engineers, who are offered around 140,000 rubles. Among the highest-paid are also product managers, analysts, and data scientists — each earning 120,000 rubles. System administrators are offered 118,100 rubles, BI analysts and data analysts — 115,000 rubles. At the bottom of the ranking are logistics and foreign economic activity managers with an income of 110,000 rubles, as well as project managers, sales managers, and client relationship managers — up to 100,000 rubles.
