      En+ and RUSAL launched the educational project "AI-Start," aimed at developing practical skills in working with artificial intelligence. The project is being implemented in nine regions of the country, with around 100 educational institutions participating. "The 'AI-Start' program is about how to make artificial intelligence not just a trendy word, but a working tool for starting a career. For program participants, it is a free workshop where students and their teachers, under the guidance of experts, will learn to create prompt-engineering solutions, work with neural networks for data analysis, and automate processes. We are confident that early access to practical experience is the key to preparing in-demand specialists of the new generation," noted Olga Dvortsova, HR Director of En+ Teplo Volga LLC. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, partners of En+ in the "AI-Start" project include Dzerzhinsk Technical College and Nizhny Novgorod College of Urban Economy and Entrepreneurship. More than 70 students and teachers are undergoing training. Among the students of the Nizhny Novgorod College of Urban Economy and Entrepreneurship, first-year students studying in the fields of "electric stations, networks, their relay protection and automation," "construction and operation of buildings and structures," and "heat supply and thermal engineering equipment" are participating in the project. Students are confident that the new knowledge will help not only in their studies but also in their future work. "Artificial intelligence is not just a technology of the future; it is a tool that is already changing the world today. A modern student studying AI gains in-demand knowledge and becomes part of global changes. It is important to invest in one's development, and one can create solutions that will make people's lives better!" emphasizes first-year student Nelly Andreeva from the Nizhny Novgorod college. The training consists of two modules and will last until May. In the first stage, experts talked about the possibilities of artificial intelligence and potential areas of application. In mid-April, students and teachers will begin the second stage. They will gain in-depth knowledge, from basic technologies and theory to ethical norms and practical applications. "Before the course, I only had basic knowledge of programming, but no experience working with AI. I decided to enroll in the course to gain structured knowledge and try myself in a promising field. I liked the first stage and look forward to continuing my studies," shared Alisa Lopatkina, a student at Dzerzhinsk Technical College.

      The "AI-Start" project will prepare qualified personnel capable of effectively using modern methodologies in the production sector.
