Photos of the long-awaited Molyov School in Dzerzhinsk have been published.

      April 9, 2026 10:25 Society In Dzerzhinsk, parents of future students of the MBOU "Secondary School named after A.O. Molev" were presented with a new educational institution. The building is completing the final stages of preparation: testing of educational systems and equipment is being conducted, and furniture is being installed. The school tour was organized by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation in collaboration with the city administration. City Duma deputies also participated in the event. Parents and representatives of the authorities familiarized themselves with both the interior spaces and the landscaped area around the school.

      The facility was built under a concession agreement between the regional government and the Development Corporation. The corporation also acted as the general contractor after the previous contractor failed to fulfill its obligations. Construction work is fully completed, and all necessary equipment has already been delivered to the school.

      The building area is 23,800 square meters. The school includes 44 classrooms, two sports halls, an assembly hall, a cafeteria, a medical block, and a library. The adjacent territory is equipped with sports and utility zones, as well as recreation areas. Nearby is a swimming pool with two basins—for swimming and training—connected to the school by a warm transition.

      Special attention has been paid to accessibility: entrances are equipped with ramps, elevators are installed in the building, and separate restrooms for people with limited mobility are provided on each floor. According to the Dzerzhinsk administration, the educational process in the new school is planned to begin on September 1, 2026.

      City head Mikhail Klinkov noted that he received high praise for the project from parents. According to him, for Dzerzhinsk, this is not just a new social facility, but a "point of attraction."
