      April 9, 2026 11:41 Economy Nizhny Novgorod organizations are invited to participate in the All-Russian survey of employers regarding the prospective staffing needs for 2027-2033. The study is being conducted in fulfillment of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and as part of the implementation of the national project "Personnel" until June 1, 2026. Enterprises and organizations of all types of economic activities, forms of ownership, and employee numbers are invited to participate. The purpose of the survey is to assist in the preparation of qualified personnel in secondary vocational schools and universities in accordance with the requests of employers. The data obtained will form the basis for adjusting training programs in colleges and universities, ensuring that graduates receive professions demanded by specific enterprises. "The formation of a forecast for staffing needs is a key task for achieving the technological leadership of the country. The opinion of each employer is important: it is on the basis of this data that the system for training personnel for the coming years will be built. We urge Nizhny Novgorod companies to actively participate in the survey so that our educational institutions prepare exactly those specialists that the real sector of the region's economy needs," noted Igor Pantyukhin, Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
