More than 1,800 employers have contacted the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center since the beginning of the year.
April 5, 2026 07:24 Economy Since the beginning of 2026, more than 1,800 enterprises in the Nizhny Novgorod region have turned to the Nizhny Novgorod staffing center "Work of Russia" for government support measures in the field of employment. Staffing consultants have provided them with over 5,000 services.
The most in-demand support measure is assistance in selecting the necessary specialists. There is also high demand for information about the labor market situation in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Since the beginning of the year, employers have submitted more than 27,800 job offers to the regional job bank.
"The employment service is a reliable partner for enterprises, offering not just individual services, but comprehensive solutions that take into account the strategic tasks of companies. For each enterprise, measures that are relevant right now are selected. This approach allows for building long-term relationships between the employment service and business, which ultimately works to strengthen the human resources potential of the entire region," noted Igor Pantyukhin, Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The staffing center conducts targeted work with enterprises. Each employer is assigned a personal consultant who analyzes the specifics of the company's activities, helps adjust job vacancies to attract the most suitable candidates, and offers optimal cooperation options.
"Our specialists work closely with enterprises, helping to fill vacancies of varying complexity. We accompany the employer from the initial selection to the employee starting work. The staffing consultant studies the company's business processes and offers the services that are truly needed by this particular enterprise. This can include recruitment for mass positions, assistance in finding rare specialists, or organizing professional training for applicants based on the specific production requests," added Elena Vidyaeva, acting director of the Nizhny Novgorod staffing center.
In the employment service, employers can receive consultations on a wide range of issues: from changes in legislation and rules for job quota allocation to deadlines and procedures for reporting. Specialists will inform about opportunities for creating jobs for people with disabilities, stimulating the hiring of certain categories of citizens, and options for professional training of employees based on production requests. A separate area of work is the assistance of staffing consultants in attracting specialists from other regions as part of labor mobility programs.
