The dismissed resident of Nizhny Novgorod sued her employer for more than 1.5 million rubles.

      April 4, 2026 17:39 Society A 42-year-old resident of the Nizhny Novgorod region won over 1.5 million rubles in court after being unlawfully dismissed. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service for the region.

      The woman worked as an accountant part-time at a construction company. She proved in court that her dismissal was illegal. The employer was ordered to reinstate the employee, pay her salary for the time of forced absence — over 1.5 million rubles — and compensate for moral damages amounting to 60,000 rubles.

      Enforcement proceedings were initiated at the Dzerzhinsk district department of bailiffs. The company did not voluntarily pay the money, so the bailiffs imposed an enforcement fee of about 110,000 rubles, seized the organization's property, restricted changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and enforced collection on funds in bank accounts.

      When the property was already transferred for sale, money appeared in the debtor's accounts, sufficient for full repayment of the debt. As a result, the employee's rights were restored, and the proceedings were concluded.
