      April 3, 2026 13:05 Society The flood destroyed a temporary bridge in the village of Shiloksha in the Kulebaki district, reported the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations. In addition, areas near private homes were flooded. According to the agency, no one was injured. Specialists are monitoring the situation. In case of evacuation, a temporary accommodation point has been planned. Local authorities have organized a boat crossing and the delivery of drinking water. Assessing the integrity of the structures and outlining a recovery plan for the crossing will only be possible after the water level decreases. The situation is under the control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the administration of the Kulebaki district. The day before, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that three more bridges in the region were flooded. In total, there are 70 settlements at risk in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
