      April 3, 2026 13:13 Culture and Leisure The application deadline for participation in the All-Russian media competition "Camera.Hike.Russia" (18+) for young media industry specialists has been extended to April 10. The competition is launched by the Rosmolodyozh program "More than a Journey," which is implemented within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children." The media competition "Camera.Hike.Russia" is a great opportunity for young specialists in the field of media and cinema to enhance their skills in creating quality video content under the guidance of experienced mentors, attend exciting lectures from leading speakers, and embark on expeditions across Russia to shoot films about nature, people, and travels across the country. Young specialists aged 18 to 35 who are working or developing in professions such as directors and screenwriters, cinematographers, sound engineers, editors, and actors are invited to participate. The stages of the media competition include: - results of the event – selection of 100 finalists; - from May 12 to 15, 2026 – finalists will participate in the in-person educational program "Camera.Hike.Russia"; - from May 15 – the expedition stage across the regions of Russia with the creation of videos about travels in Russia; - from August 30 – summer school of the "Meganom" Academy in the art cluster "Tavrida" in Crimea; - on September 4, 2026, there will be a presentation and defense of the participants' works, as well as the awarding of winners. The works of the winners will receive promotion on TV, in online cinemas, social networks, and tourist platforms.
