Nizhny Novgorod residents can now pay for parking through MAX.

      On April 3, 2026, at 11:15 AM, Society In Nizhny Novgorod, a new way to pay for parking has emerged — through the MAX messenger. According to the city transport department, it can be used even with limitations on mobile internet access. The option is implemented by the parking space operator using the RuParking chatbot. To make a payment, you need to follow the link, select the city of Nizhny Novgorod, and fill in the provided fields. Parking can still be paid for in other ways: through the Ruparking mobile app, personal account on the parking space website, parking meters, as well as via SMS.
