The beginning of April in the Nizhny Novgorod region will be abnormally warm.

      On April 2, 2026, at 17:32, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia presented the weather forecast for the Nizhny Novgorod region for the first decade of April. The information was published on the website of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Upper Volga Hydrometeorological Center."

      According to specialists' estimates, from April 1 to 10, the average air temperature in the region will be +7…+9 degrees.

      This is 5-6 degrees above the climatic norm. The average long-term values for the period from 1991 to 2020 are +1…+4 degrees.

      It was previously reported that six temperature records were broken in March.
