According to experts, the reduction in mortality was achieved thanks to the transition to personalized medicine and the implementation of IT solutions in diagnostics. Additionally, over the past year, more than 16,000 telemedicine consultations in the "doctor-to-doctor" format were conducted, which allowed for the rapid verification of complex diagnoses in the regions of the area without overloading the hospital with patients who only needed therapy adjustments. It is also noted that the coverage of dispensary observation included 19,000 people with cancer diseases.
