Delivery robots will start operating in three districts of Nizhny Novgorod.

      March 24, 2026 10:25 Society By the end of June 2026, a robot delivery service will be launched in Nizhny Novgorod. It will be available to residents of the Sormovsky, Moskovsky, and Kanavinsky districts. In the first phase, robots will deliver orders from the "Lavka" service, and later "Food" and "Delivery" will be added. Preparations for the launch are currently underway, the Yandex press service reported. In the areas where the service will appear, special mapping robots have already started working. Externally, they resemble regular delivery personnel, but their task is to create a detailed map of the area. This is necessary so that future couriers can confidently navigate the city at any time of day and under various weather conditions.
