The readiness of the bridge over Tyosha has exceeded 50%.

      In the Navashinsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the repair of the bridge over the Tyozha River at the 309th kilometer of the Riazhsk — Kasimov — Murom — Nizhny Novgorod highway has been completed by more than 50%. The work is being carried out as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and is under special control of the Main Directorate of Roads of the region. The capital repair of the bridge, which is 138.3 meters long, began under a previous contract; however, the contractor did not fulfill its obligations. In November 2025, a new state contract was signed with a total cost of 203.6 million rubles. The actual readiness of the facility is 54%. The installation of the beams of the span structure has been completed, and the reinforcement of sections for the monolithic walls and the installation of formwork are ongoing. As noted by Leonid Samukhin, the director of the State Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "GUAD," the bridge is located on the route that provides transport communication between Navashino and other districts of the region. According to him, the new contractor is working intensively, and the backlog is gradually decreasing; the project is under personal control until the work is fully completed. The repair is planned to be completed by October 31, 2026. The national project "Infrastructure for Life" was initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. It unites 12 federal projects and is aimed at the development of road construction, housing and communal services, ensuring road safety, and developing public passenger transport.
