      March 23, 2026 16:00 Politics The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Secretary of the regional branch of "United Russia" Gleb Nikitin called on residents of the region to participate in the formation of a new People's Program of the party. As the head of the region emphasized, the basis of the current program, formed five years ago, consisted of more than 200,000 initiatives. According to him, it was at that time that key development priorities were identified together with the residents of Nizhny Novgorod. Over the past time, Nikitin noted, much has been accomplished, however, circumstances are changing, and new challenges arise that need to be addressed. The party is now beginning to form a new program, the governor announced on his MAX channel. Residents of the region can share suggestions on how to improve various areas of public life. "Your opinion is the foundation of effective solutions. Residents in the People's Program are full participants," he emphasized.
