According to the solar astronomy laboratory of the IKI RAS, the phenomenon began around 11 PM and reached a level of G3 during the night hours, which is considered the boundary between medium and strong intensity storms. Similar indicators were last observed from January 19 to January 21. During periods of increased solar activity, weather-sensitive individuals may experience a deterioration in well-being. Possible symptoms include headaches, increased fatigue, drowsiness, general malaise, as well as decreased concentration and productivity. Specialists recommend avoiding stressful situations on such days, resting more, and spending time outdoors.
