The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Government of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin. The document was published on the official internet portal of legal information. The award was given for active participation in the organization and conduct of the X conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (12+) and the Global Digital Forum (18+), which took place in Nizhny Novgorod in 2025, as well as for a significant contribution to the development of business tourism in the region. The awarding of the certificate to the deputy governor was commented on in his Telegram channel. He emphasized that he considers this award a result of collective work. "But in reality, this is an award for a large team. Everyone who has been working on CIPR for many years, and first of all Olga Piven and her battle companions, who can compete with anyone. Thank you to everyone who invests in this project. And may both CIPR and Nizhny continue to grow together," Berkovich wrote.
