There are 2,526 container sites in Dzerzhinsk. The inspection showed that the situation with waste disposal is gradually stabilizing; however, there are still overflowing containers at several addresses. Mikhail Klinkov noted that the explanations from the regional operator remain unconvincing, while the concerns of the residents are justified. Following the inspection, instructions were given to install additional high-capacity containers, adjust the waste collection schedules based on actual load, and eliminate the accumulated piles. Artyom Bafanov emphasized that the authorities' task is not just to remove the current piles but to create a sustainable mechanism that will prevent similar situations in the future. The dynamics will be monitored weekly, and inspections will continue until the situation is fully corrected.
