Gleb Nikitin awarded prizes to companies whose products made it into the "Golden Hundred" of the best goods in Russia.

The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Secretary of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Branch of the United Russia Party, Gleb Nikitin, presented award diplomas to representatives of four enterprises whose products made it into the "Golden Hundred" of the All-Russian competition of the program "100 Best Goods of Russia" based on the results of 2025. The event was also attended by the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the region, Maxim Cherkasov.

      Let us remind you that the development of competition and the improvement of product quality are among the objectives of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

      The winners included LLC "Khokhloma" with the folk art product "Ladya Koni," JSC "Zavolzhsky Plant of Tracked Vehicles" with the snow and swamp vehicle ZZT-34039, JSC "Volga" with the product "Paper for Corrugating Recycled and Other Paper for Corrugating. Technical Conditions TU17.12.34-017-00279278-2024, Amendment No. 1," as well as MBUZ "Milk Kitchen" - cheese "Caciotta."

      "The range of products from the winners turned out to be unique. It largely embodies the structure of our economy. We take pride in machine engineering, the pulp and paper industry, and folk art crafts. I would like to specifically mention the milk kitchen, which not only survived but developed to such an extent that it made it into the hundred best goods of Russia. This is a good job related to the health of children and support for demographics," noted Gleb Nikitin.

      The governor also thanked the head of the Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology, and Testing in the Nizhny Novgorod Region (Federal State Institution "Nizhny Novgorod CSM") Alexey Eisenberg for supporting the competition participants.

      "We ranked fourth in the country in terms of the number of goods that made it into the 'Golden Hundred.' This is a worthy result. We have a very good CSM - successful, dynamically developing, challenging the leaders. And I would like this to continue in the future. It is especially pleasant that the people of Nizhny Novgorod once again confirmed the status of our region as a territory with a developed and sustainable economy," said Gleb Nikitin.

      In total, in 2025, the laureates of the All-Russian competition of the program "100 Best Goods of Russia" included products from 658 enterprises from across the country, including 37 from the Nizhny Novgorod Region. From these, participants were selected for the prestigious "Golden Hundred."

      From the Nizhny Novgorod Region, organizations that won in the regional stage - at the "Nizhny Novgorod Quality Mark" competition - participated in the program "100 Best Goods of Russia." The Nizhny Novgorod Region maintains strong positions in this competition. The coordinators of the regional stage are the regional Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Nizhny Novgorod CSM.

      "The regional competition has proven to be an effective launch pad for manufacturers. And this path, from regional recognition to reaching the federal level, is indeed not easy: to pass the examination, the product must not only meet the standards but exceed them. Our task is to assess quality at the regional competition stage and help manufacturers properly prepare documents and confirm the stated characteristics. The success of this year proves that the joint work of the regional Ministry of Industry, enterprises, and CSM is organized as effectively as possible," emphasized the director of the Nizhny Novgorod CSM, Alexey Eisenberg.

      He reminded that the acceptance of applications for participation in the new season of the "Nizhny Novgorod Quality Mark" is already in full swing and will end on May 31.
