      On March 20, from 10:00 to 12:00, a direct telephone line "Orientation" will be held in the Nizhny Novgorod region. It will be dedicated to issues related to professional training and obtaining additional professional education for citizens of various categories in the field of employment services, reports the press service of the governor and the regional government. The event is part of a series of regular consultations for residents that will take place in the region throughout 2026. The organizers are the Ministry of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Nizhny Novgorod Human Resources Center "Work of Russia." The main goal of the project is to inform the residents of Nizhny Novgorod about available state support measures in the field of employment, including professional orientation, psychological support, social adaptation, as well as opportunities for professional training and obtaining additional professional education. "We hope that regular direct lines will become a clear and accessible navigator for the residents of Nizhny Novgorod in the world of modern professions and educational programs. It is important for us that every resident of the region, regardless of age and life situation, knows where to turn for advice, how to improve their competencies, or completely change their field of activity with the support of the state.
