A new plant costing 1.5 billion rubles will be built in Dzerzhinsk by the end of the year.
13 January 2026 13:40 Economy Company "Sintez OKA" has completed two key stages of a project to establish production of simple polyesters and polyalkylene glycols in Dzerzhinsk. The total investment to date amounts to 1.5 billion rubles.
According to the company's press service, the expansion of the finished goods warehouse has been completed, and the regional ministry of construction has granted permission to commission the building where new process equipment will be installed.
All major units have already been contracted, and advance payments have been transferred to suppliers. Part of the financing is provided by the Industrial Development Fund. Work on the project is proceeding strictly according to schedule.
In addition to the main budget, the company will allocate a further 100 million rubles for the major overhaul of one of the previously unused buildings. After the reconstruction, company employees will be housed there.
An analytical laboratory is planned for the first floor of the building, production workshops on the second, staff facilities on the third, and administrative offices on the fourth.
It was previously reported that two industrial production buildings will be erected in Dzerzhinsk.
