They are asking the court to declare the Lindovskaya poultry farm bankrupt.

      January 11, 2026, 17:11 Society The Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 18 for the Nizhny Novgorod Region has initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the joint-stock company "Lindovskaya Poultry Farm — Breeding Plant." The corresponding information is contained in the register of court cases of the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The tax authority filed a lawsuit with the regional arbitration court on December 30, 2025. The amount of the claims exceeds 49.9 million rubles. The date of the court hearing has not yet been set.

      Earlier it became known that the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, has taken the situation with unpaid wages at JSC "Lindovskaya Poultry Farm — Breeding Plant" under his personal control.

      We also recall that the Sergach Sugar Plant filed a bankruptcy petition against the berry producer.
