      Walking around the center of Nizhny Novgorod has become more convenient: metro builders opened a passage in the area of Freedom Square. As reported by GUMMiD of Nizhny Novgorod, pedestrians can now walk directly from Varvarskaya Street to Osharskaya Street, bypassing the construction barriers. The gates near the Rosatom building are now open.

      Previously this section was closed due to the construction of the Ploshchad Svobody metro station. To get to the adjacent streets, residents had to make a significant detour via Volodarsky Street. Now the fence has been moved aside, creating a convenient corridor for walking.
