The state expert review approved the western bypass project in Vyksa.

      The construction project of a highway that will become the western bypass of the city of Vyksa in the Nizhny Novgorod Region received a positive conclusion from the state examination. Information about this was posted on the official portal of the Unified State Register of Conclusions.

      The approval concerns the updated design documentation providing for the laying of a section of the road from the Vyksa–Doschatoye route to the Vyksa–Shimorskoye–Blizhne-Pesochnoye road. This route is intended to relieve the city's central streets and improve transport accessibility in the region.

      Several organizations worked on the project. Among them are the Nizhny Novgorod companies Renova–Stroy Plus LLC and Istoki LLC, as well as the St. Petersburg JSC Transmost, which specializes in designing transport infrastructure.

      The positive state examination conclusion was issued on 30 December 2025.

      Earlier it was reported that a territory planning project will be developed for Vyksa's western bypass.

      It should also be recalled that, as part of the construction of the Balakhna bypass in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the seizure of another 10 plots is being prepared.
