      The Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center summed up the results of its pre-New Year campaign to collect feedback from citizens. During December, special boxes operated in the service’s branches where anyone could anonymously leave a complaint, suggestion, or expression of gratitude. This was reported by the regional government’s press service.

      This year the activity of Nizhny Novgorod residents increased noticeably: specialists collected more than 230 notes, whereas a year earlier there were only 150. Among the most popular suggestions to improve comfort were the provision of free Wi-Fi in the centers and the installation of coffee machines. People also asked to expand the list of training programs under the national “Personnel” project and shared their opinions on benefit payments.

      “Such open communication is the key to constant development and to increasing trust in the employment service,” noted Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      As the center’s director Lyudmila Yegorova said, many notes contained words of gratitude to specialists for their help in finding employment and for their support. All received ideas will be systematized and will form the basis for the employment service’s work plan for next year.

      Recall that the national “Personnel” project was launched in 2025 in the country at the president’s instruction. Its measures are aimed at the high-quality and prompt training of specialists to meet the specific needs of employers.
