      In Nizhny Novgorod on Sunday, December 28, the traffic pattern will change for one day. From 7:00 to 23:00 part of Gagarin Avenue in the area of building No. 29 will be closed to traffic. The restrictions are related to a city event, the Information Policy Department of the Nizhny Novgorod City Administration reports.

      Drivers are asked in advance to remove their cars from the closed section. Vehicles left in the restricted zone will be towed. To find out where a vehicle has been moved, call the information service at: 417-17-07.
