In December 2025 the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Rabota Rossii" completed its annual "Wishing Box" campaign, during which feedback and suggestions from citizens were collected to improve the quality of employment services.
As part of the campaign, special boxes for anonymous feedback were installed in the center's branches. Citizens could leave their comments, suggestions, or words of thanks. This year the center received more than 230 pieces of feedback.
Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department for Labor and Employment of the Population of Nizhny Novgorod Region, noted that the "Wishing Box" campaign confirms an increase in citizens' trust in the employment service. All feedback will be taken into account to improve the center's operations.
Participants in the campaign suggested expanding the range of educational programs, improving conditions in personnel centers, and increasing the amount of unemployment benefits. Many expressed gratitude for help in finding employment and noted the benefits of projects such as the "Women's Club."
Lyudmila Yegorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center, emphasized that people not only make constructive suggestions but also thank the specialists. This is the best assessment of the center's work.
The "Wishing Box" campaign has become a New Year's tradition and allows the center to promptly respond to the public's requests.
