Social Contract 2025. Results

      At the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Provision of State Social Assistance on the Basis of a Social Contract under the Administration of the Urban District — the City of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region, on 26.12.2025, the results for 2025 were summarized.

      A total of 297 social contracts were concluded in 2025, including by activity:

      "job search" - 68

      "engaging in individual entrepreneurship or self-employment" - 170

      "running a personal subsidiary farm" - 5

      "difficult life situation" - 54

      When summarizing the year, individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed were noted.

      Pursuant to Resolution No. 5271 of 24.12.2025 of the Administration of the Urban District — the City of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region, "On awarding", "For the successful implementation and fulfillment of obligations under the social contract, active promotion and growth of sales of goods and services of small businesses, contribution to the development and expansion of the range of services provided to the population of the urban district — the city of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region", seven participants of social contracts for 2024–2025 were awarded Letters of Appreciation.

      Churilova Elena Ivanovna, born 20.09.1984, social contract concluded on 10.03.2025. Contract activity: personal subsidiary farm, keeping domestic livestock. With funds from the social contract she purchased a cow and four piglets. She conducts her activities in the village of Vodovatovo. Elena Ivanovna has a plot of land for organizing a personal subsidiary farm.

      Poletkin Mikhail Vladimirovich, born 20.09.1984, social contract concluded on 05.02.2025. Contract activity: cultivation of berry crops and seedlings; sale of frozen and canned products (strawberries).

      Kolesnikova Ekaterina Yuryevna, born 07.09.1983, social contract concluded on 11.10.2024. Contract activity: nail service. Ekaterina Yuryevna successfully completed the first year of work under the social contract and has a stable high income.

      Loskova Irina Mikhailovna, born 01.07.1971, social contract concluded on 17.06.2024. Contract activity: souvenir products (soft toys, knitted magnets, scarves, doilies, tablecloths, aprons). Retail space in the Gostiny Ryad has been rented to sell the products.
