      Residents of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast won more than 76 million rubles in the lottery over the year. According to the press service of the state lottery operator, five Nizhny Novgorod residents became millionaires in 2025.

      In total, more than 74,000 Nizhny Novgorod residents were among the winners in various categories of lottery draws.

      Overall, over the year the number of new lottery millionaires in the country reached 962 people. The combined winnings of these participants amounted to almost 2.9 billion rubles.

      Earlier it was reported that a locksmith from Sergach won one million rubles in the lottery. Another Nizhny Novgorod resident became 1.4 million rubles richer after participating in a lottery draw.
