Gasoline prices in the Nizhny Novgorod region have risen by 10%.

      26 December 2025 13:43 Economy Fuel prices in the Nizhny Novgorod region have decreased slightly over the past month, according to data from Nizhny Novgorodstat.

      In November 2025 the price of gasoline rose by almost 10% compared with the same period in 2024. At the same time, by the end of October the increase in gasoline prices was 10.53%.

      A litre of AI-92 gasoline in November cost on average 60.85 rubles. That is 10.3% higher than in December 2024 and practically at the October level — 99.41% of that price.

      AI-95 cost 65.64 rubles per litre in November. Compared with the end of last year the price rose by 9.74%, while compared with October there was almost no change — 99.44%.

      AI-98 gasoline became more expensive than the others. Its average price reached 87.47 rubles per litre, which is 1.21% higher than in October and 7.4% more than a year ago.

      Diesel fuel in the region also became more expensive. In November its cost was 71.82 rubles per litre — 1.6% more than a month earlier and 7.55% more compared with December 2024.

      Earlier it was reported that the existing ban on gasoline exports has been extended until the end of 2025.
