      26 December 2025 16:42 Incidents A multi-kilometer traffic jam formed on the M-7 highway in the Nizhny Novgorod region toward Vorotynets — according to the Yandex Maps service, the jam exceeds 10 kilometers. The cause was a serious crash involving several vehicles. On the approach to the village of Yuzhny, three tractor-trailers, a five-ton truck and a GAZelle collided. Eyewitnesses on social media report that one of the vehicles was heavily damaged and a person was trapped inside. Rescuers are continuing the operation to extricate him. No official information about the crash, the injured or the causes has yet been received from government agencies.
