Filming of the series "Pride" for Wink by the creators of "Ballet" and "Psycho" has wrapped.

      Filming has wrapped on the eight-episode romantic comedy "Pride" (16+) for the online cinema Wink (a joint venture of Rostelecom and NMG). The series will tell how true love helps overcome any prejudices and find a balance between traditions and personal choice. The project was shot in the most picturesque locations of North Ossetia — the Fiagdon Gorge, Nizhny Unal, Vladikavkaz, and also in Moscow.

      The series is produced by "Studio Videoprokat" with the support of the Internet Development Institute (ANO "IRI") and "NMG Studio." The project's director is Sergey Arutyunyan; the lead roles are played by Alana Chochieva and Aleksey Onezhen, as well as Alexander Robak, Lyubov Tolkalina, Soslan Fidarov, Rima Tsarikati and others.

      According to the plot, Alana is a talented chef-in-training at a restaurant in the capital. Her father demands that she return home to Ossetia and get married. She comes up with a plan: bring an "unsuitable fiancé" from Moscow to her homeland so that her father will reject him. A random candidate becomes Max — a dreamer bartender left homeless after a quarrel with his parents. He agrees to take part in the marriage stunt, unaware of the consequences...
