As the editorial office of NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" found out from the regional Ministry of Transport, the carrier that operates route 303 works under unregulated fares. This means that it has the right to set whatever price it wants.
At the same time, the increase will not affect concessionary passengers, the relevant agency clarified.
Recall that on November 1 the fare increased on the Nizhny Novgorod metro. Also, on Nizhny Novgorod's surface transport the fare became the same — 40 rubles, although previously it was 35 rubles when paying by card. Starting January 2026, fares will be payable only by cashless payment.
