Scammers are impersonating the head of the Nizhny Novgorod State Housing Inspectorate.

Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region have begun receiving messages in messengers sent in the name of the head of the regional State Housing Inspectorate, Igor Serbul.
Fake representatives are sending invitations to various groups and then asking people to confirm personal data, including residential registration details, via the government services portal (Gosuslugi).
The State Housing Inspectorate officially stated that the head’s account had been forged and that all actions carried out in his name online are the work of fraudsters.
"The State Housing Inspectorate does not request any invitations to groups and, moreover, does not require any confirmation of data via Gosuslugi," representatives of the SHI emphasized.
Earlier it was reported that fraudsters in the Nizhny Novgorod Region are creating fake GIBDD websites.
