Nizhny Novgorod business leaders could make it into the top 100 Russian managers.

Professional managers working in the Nizhny Novgorod region are invited to take part in the regional stage of the federal project "TOP-100 Russian Managers. Nizhny Novgorod Region" (16+). This was reported by the Interregional Public Organization "Association of Managers" on its social networks.
The project has been running for a quarter of a century, and during that time its laureates have included more than 18,000 executives from across the country. In 2025 the ranking is being held separately for managers from the Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk regions for the first time.
Participants will be evaluated according to a range of criteria, including business reputation, strategic and financial management, contribution to company development, sales effectiveness, personnel initiatives and reputation-related decisions.
Top managers of commercial organizations registered in the Nizhny Novgorod region may apply. Only one candidate may be nominated from each company in each functional category. In addition, the candidate's tenure in their current position must be at least six months.
Applications are open until December 10. The ranking winners will be honored at an in-person ceremony.
It was previously reported that Nizhny Novgorod companies would be eligible for the "Leaders of Responsible Business" award.
