      The house of merchant Isaac Ryazanov in Gorodets has been put up for sale for almost 4 million rubles. This was reported by the ANO "ASIRIS". The one‑story building is located at 9 Dmitry Maslov Street and is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. It was built in the early 20th century by a member of the famous Ryazanov family, Isaak Pavlovich, who was the trusted associate of his father‑in‑law, the steamship owner and Old Believer Mikhail Lapshin, director of the large joint‑stock steamship company "Khiva", founded in 1910. Ryazanov’s house has a symmetrical layout, spacious wooden entry passages (seni), a vestibule (tambour) and a veranda. Inside the building almost all the original doors, ceiling cornices and four stoves have been preserved, and the facade is decorated with pilasters and an entablature with ornamentation.

      The building area is 146.7 square meters, and the plot is 2,300 square meters. Applications to participate in the auction can be submitted until December 16 inclusive. The auction itself will take place on December 22.

      Earlier, pravda-nn.ru reported that the building of Zaplatin’s trading shops in Nizhny Novgorod was included in the register of cultural heritage sites (OKN).
