      From December 8, 2025, suburban electric train No. 6250 running from Nizhny Novgorod to Pravdinsk will make an additional stop at the Kooperativnaya platform, the press service of the Gorky Railway reported.

      Now the train, which departs Nizhny Novgorod’s main station at 06:28 and arrives in Pravdinsk at 07:32, will stop in the Sormovsky district — at the Kooperativnaya platform at 06:44.

      The route extension is being carried out as part of the "City Electric Train" project to improve the quality of passenger service and increase transport accessibility in the region.

      Recall that on October 6 the route of suburban train No. 6250 was extended to Pravdinsk station. Previously the train ran only as far as Balakhna station.

      Earlier it was reported that a new transport interchange hub will be built in the Sormovsky district.
