In December the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Rabota Rossii" is holding another series of job fairs for residents of the region. The events will take place in Nizhny Novgorod and in the district branches of the employment service.
According to the organizers, the main aim of holding the job fairs is direct and effective communication between jobseekers and employers, helping residents of the region make an informed career step.
A wide range of citizens are invited: the unemployed and those seeking work, participants in the special military operation and their relatives, people with disabilities, as well as those wishing to change profession or start a new career.
Jobseekers will be able to receive individual consultations on drafting resumes and preparing for interviews, undergo career guidance, learn about the opportunities of the "Rabota Rossii" portal, and find out about the labor market situation, in-demand professions and regional trends. Visitors to the fair will be able to speak in person with company representatives, ask questions about working conditions, and present themselves.
"The end of the year is a time when many sum up results and make plans. Our task is to help everyone who is looking for a job or wants to change it to take a confident step forward. At the fairs we create opportunities for direct dialogue with employers and provide all necessary support: from resume drafting to career guidance," emphasized Lyudmila Egorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Rabota Rossii".
