The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, fulfilled his earlier promise and handed a new accordion to eight-year-old Svyatoslav Paramonov from Dzerzhinsk for music lessons. The speaker reported this on his MAX channel, reminding subscribers of the story about the mix-up with musical instruments.
"Remember the story about how my colleagues and I confused an accordion with a bayan? I finally put an end to it. I kept my word and gave a brand-new accordion to the music school in Dzerzhinsk for eight-year-old Svyatoslav Paramonov," wrote Evgeny Lyulin.
"The young musician is already getting the hang of the instrument and is making an effort. It's still a bit too big for him, but over time it will fit," noted the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly.
The speaker also spoke about the boy's musical family, where everyone is passionate about the arts. "Svyatoslav is growing up in the large Paramonov family, where everyone is in love with music. His father, mother, two brothers and little sister formed the ensemble 'Garmoshki Paramoshki', perform at concerts and run their own music blog. In their free time they weave camouflage nets for fighters in the special military operation," shared Evgeny Lyulin.
The chairman of the regional parliament wished the young talent success. "I wish Svyatoslav to fulfill his dream of a big stage! May the accordion help him become a virtuoso. The boy is persistent and very talented. I believe he will succeed," the speaker of the regional parliament concluded.
