A sketch of the future exhibition hall on Chernigovskaya Street has been published.

      The architectural and urban design appearance of a new exhibition hall with underground parking has been approved in Nizhny Novgorod; it will be built on Chernigovskaya Street opposite building 17V. The corresponding order was published by the regional Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.

      The exhibition hall will be located on two land plots with a total area of almost 2,500 sq. m, of which over 1,500 sq. m will be occupied by a two‑storey building with a total floor area of 3,900 sq. m. The developer is Aktiv LLC.

      It should be added that in October the exhibition hall project received a positive expert review.

      It was also reported that the regional Ministry of Construction issued a permit for the reconstruction of the storage facilities on the Chernigovskaya Embankment. Hotels will be arranged in them.

      In 2023 a large‑scale project to renovate the Chernigovskaya Embankment was launched. It will include residential buildings, public spaces, retail and social infrastructure facilities. The total development area will be 138,300 sq. m.
