      A catalog of Nizhny Novgorod IT solutions prepared for regional enterprises was presented at a strategic session on the digital transformation of manufacturing, organized by the ANO "Gorky Tech." More than 50 Nizhny Novgorod industrial and technology companies took part in the event.

      Among the speakers at the session were Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yegor Polyakov, the region’s Minister of Digital Development and Communications Alexander Sinelobov, Director of ANO "Gorky Tech" Roman Renzin and CEO of the ANO "Corporation for the Development of Industry, Entrepreneurship and the Nizhny Novgorod Region" Ivan Razuvaev. They spoke about the current state of regional manufacturing and the prospects for its digitalization.

      “Industry and the IT sector are the drivers of Nizhny Novgorod’s economy, its traditional and innovative foundation. They can and should be extremely useful to each other. Without the introduction of modern digital solutions in industry, it will be extremely difficult to increase productivity and competitiveness in global markets. Promising areas for the digitalization of enterprises include the introduction of artificial intelligence, automation of HR processes, and the use of accounting and planning systems. For our manufacturers, Gorky Tech has developed a catalog of Nizhny Novgorod IT solutions. Any enterprise can obtain it by contacting Gorky Tech,” Yegor Polyakov said.

      During the practical part of the session, company representatives, grouped into teams, worked on solving regional enterprises’ problems related to the implementation of digital tools in production.

      “In conditions of staff shortages, it is extremely important for industry to optimize and automate processes through the introduction of new software solutions. This will help increase labor productivity and raise output per employee. We have been working in this direction for a long time: we support business by helping entrepreneurs establish connections with professional teams of engineers. However, such strategic sessions, where representatives of the authorities, business and industry can directly discuss the most pressing issues of the sector’s development, are especially useful. Here the parties share experience, jointly seek solutions and find them, outlining new prospects for work,” emphasized Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Sanosyan.

      Following the event, representatives of regional enterprises received instructions for a self-audit of problematic processes. After the self-diagnosis, participants will be offered individual consultations, including, if necessary, on-site visits to production facilities, during which experts will analyze critical business processes in detail and propose solutions for implementing digital tools.

      It should be recalled that holding events on the digital transformation of industry corresponds to the goals of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State,” which has been implemented in Russia since January 1, 2025, by order of President Vladimir Putin.
