Pari NN's basketball players failed to get revenge on Zenit.

      Basketball club Pari NN suffered a defeat in an away game against Zenit. The match ended with a score of 80–102 in favor of the team from Saint Petersburg.

      Sergey Kozin's side started the game confidently, winning the first quarter 21–17. The team showed coordinated offense and reliable defense, which allowed them to challenge the favorite. However, in the second ten minutes Zenit increased the pace and managed to seize the initiative — by halftime the hosts led 53–41.

      In the second half the Nizhny Novgorod side tried to cut the deficit, but Zenit did not allow the visitors to get back into the game. The match finished 102–80 in favor of the home team.

      Pari NN failed to get revenge on the St. Petersburg team and saw their winning streak end. With 14 points the team sits in ninth place in the VTB United League.

      The Nizhny Novgorod team will play its next game (6+) on November 23 against Uralmash.

      Earlier it was reported that HC Torpedo lost to Admiral in a shootout.
